Erik Multiverse Convention: A Day to Connect, Discover, and Continue Growing Together
Last Friday we held another edition of the Erik Multiverse Convention, a very special day when the entire team came together to break away from the routine, share experiences, and continue building Erik’s future together.
More than just a celebration, it was an opportunity to get to know each other better, discover the work our colleagues in each department do, and strengthen our collaboration. Because behind every product, every license, and every project that reaches our clients, there are many people working toward the same goal.
Interviews and the Value Chain
The day began with a series of interviews in which colleagues from different departments shared their goals, the challenges they face, and the projects they’re working on.
A session designed to understand how each team adds value through their effort, skills, and experience. This work often goes unnoticed by the rest of the team but is essential for everything to run smoothly. Design, sales, marketing, logistics, purchasing, warehousing, customer service… every piece is essential for Erik’s machinery to run perfectly, which is why it’s important to highlight its value.
Games, Challenges, and Teamwork
Then it was time to change the pace with various team-building activities and games. Collaborative challenges, group tasks, and many situations that made us think, compete in a healthy way, and, above all, laugh together.
As was to be expected, what better way to celebrate this year’s achievements than by sharing a meal, music, and plenty of conversation?
It was the perfect moment to take stock of everything we’ve accomplished during this time and to remember that Erik’s growth is the result of the collective effort of everyone who is part of the company.
But we’re not stopping there—we still have big goals ahead of us and are full of enthusiasm, knowing that next year we’ll be celebrating Erik’s 30th anniversary, a very special milestone we’re already looking forward to.
The Erik Multiverse Convention reminded us once again that our greatest asset remains the people who make Erik possible every day. And if this event made one thing clear, it’s that the best is yet to come.
