Payment Methods

1. Bank Transfer
You may pay for your order via bank transfer or direct deposit to the following account:

Please include your order number as the payment reference. The payment receipt must also be sent to: atencionalcliente@grupoerik.com.
Your order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed. Transfers may take up to 2 business days to be processed. Orders made via bank transfer will remain active for 4 calendar days. If payment is not received within this time, the order will be automatically canceled.
2. Credit or Debit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, and UnionPay through the secure REDSYS payment gateway.
This payment method is immediate, safe, and convenient. You can link multiple cards to your account for faster checkout in future orders. The order must be paid within 1 hour of confirmation. If the payment is not received in time, the order will be automatically canceled.
For your safety, your bank may send you a verification code via SMS to finalize the transaction (strong customer authentication).
3. Direct Debit (Premium Program)
This payment option is available only for clients enrolled in our Premium Loyalty Program.
One of its benefits includes direct debit with 45-day terms, subject to commercial approval.
